I find 1.5 seconds/decision (2400 hph) quite improbable on even the fastest machine.
However, I thought what was noted in this thread was 1200 hph (3 seconds/decision). That's well within the capacity of a fast player. In fact, I give credence to any claim up to about 1600 hph.
