I did not know that software was still around. I used to use that as the OEJ 99.98% version + a 1/4% feed rate progressive was the best ER $1 game in the Chicago Area for awhile.
It worked on XP. It may work on the Professional or Ultimate versions of Windows 7.

VIPOKER handles OEJ. You can change the pay tables. But you will have to set it up for OEJ. Takes a little doing though.
It was written for WIN 95 but seems to still work on newer win platforms. As I remember <Space Bar> to deal/redeal, numbers <1-5> for card selection.
Keep in mind that this is very old software. You can set it up to give you warnings on mistakes.
