Had just taken my cousin there 7/11 to celebrate her birthday. She loved it! The prices shocked her but it was worth it for her reaction.
Later on that day I was pleasantly surprised when checking email from TripAdvisor that it was on their list of 10 restaurants with spectacular views.
Even with smoke from the huge wildfires the views of Vegas were still very good in most directions.
Another restaurant to consider if you're looking for a memorable view is the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. It's also pricey but you go there at night so that you can take a picture of your party synchronized when Bellagio's fountains are at their peak.
