New Jersey is a one-party consent state, meaning that you only need
permission of one party to a conversation to record it. Sadly, in most
states (including NV) what misscraps describes would be illegal. (But
thanks for suggesting it - I will definitely be recording nonstop if I
visit NJ casinos in the future.)
