A couple of weeks ago someone posted a link to slotsplaycoupons.com, which was offering $40 in free play coupons for $25 at The Palms for current slot club members. There was also an offer of $50 free play coupons for $25 for new players. Bob and Frank discussed the offer on the radio show.
Since I had not been to Vegas in 10 years I thought I qualified as a new player and purchased that coupon. However The Palms still had my card in the computer and declined the coupon. The slot club personnel said I could email Slots Play Coupons and pointed to a point on the coupon that did not have the email address.
However when I called the company the next day, they had already received a computer message that I had been declined and had already sent me an email offering to refund the $25 or give me the coupon for $40 in free play.
I appreciated that action and was suprised at such a quick resolution without my contacting them.
