Will be going to LV in a week and would like a recommend for the best prime rib...preferably on the strip but downtown is ok also. I am not looking for low price but quality. I have seen Hugo's Cellar has one for $52 which seemed a little stiff considering it's downtown. Would appreciate any comments/suggestions other than those telling me how unhealthy they are!
