True that it is generous but $5 or $10 of freeplay is a joke. Basically they are giving the players McDonalds money so they can eat and play at the same time except during red carpet events. Maybe they figure that player will drag in the occasional family player that plays slots.

And honestly, that is pretty nice of the Palms to do that. Talk about a player-friendly place! Giving any benefits to people who only play that particular bank is very generous, in my opinion.
