I spoke to a slot manager at Harrah's Resorts AC. She said the reason the 1000 dollar hand pay was so more people would qualify for the once a month 15000 Jackpot promo open to those who hit a jackpot 1k or more. Oh they did not have one this month by the way.
She said the 900 Benjies and 5 20's was a "habit" and was given to the attendant automatically by the cashier. Oh and I was the first one who ever complained,
