That's because they no mailed or worse everyone that dared to play dollar machines and above during promotions. All they had to do was place daily limits on entries, spins, multipliers, etc. Unfortunately they were not that intellegent so instead took actions that pushed out all the big players and then wondered why the place looked like a morgue.
