plenty of people are capable of learning KBJW to within 99.8% or 99.9%
accuracy with a little practice, and using a strategy for a 10k royal
is within 99.99% accurate for a 14k royal, or 99.9% accurate for a 18k
royal.
an error rate of 0.2% or 0.3% is hardly significant when you're
talking about a 2% or 3% or higher edge on the play.
