Looking at the Grazie site, I see the following (under the "Gold" heading):

VIDEO POKER, KENO, & TABLE-BASED VIDEO GAMES
Percentage of Theoretical Win available in Slot Credits*
7.2% 12Points Awarded Per Dollar of Theoretical Win

Can anyone tell me what "Theoretical Win" is? Is there some place on the Grazie web-site where "Theoretical Win" is defined?

Is it as simple, for instance, as the "Theoretical Win" for 9/6 Jacks or Better is 99.54%?

If that is so, then what is a "Dollar of Theoretical Win"?
