I can see the idea that River Run is a profit center for the casinos.
A headache as well to be done once a year and with fingers crossed.
Changes to AP gambling is not related. If I was managing the slot floor, I'd do it on the first day of River Run not just before. That way I avoid regulars witnessing the dirty deed.
$5 gasoline must be a big concern for Laughin. Not so much for the bikers.
