I mostly agree with you that "players shouldn't step on or over the line and then complain about it when caught," but you have no reason to believe that anyone did this at the Suncoast. "Trying to cover their tracks with lies" is a great description for what they did with me in a different situation. The reliability of Jean's source doesn't matter very much when so many people say the same thing. If the Suncoast wanted to limit or restrict the use of their coupons, why didn't they?
