given the behavior we're seeing from suncoast towards people they
believe are undesirable customers, you should find it understandable
why people are reluctant to stand up and identify themselves to the
public (including other casinos) as someone who suncoast thinks is an
undesirable customer.

if there were something tangible to be gained, like a complaint to
Gaming that might produce results, i expect people would be willing to
step up. (tom robertson has already done so with his lawsuit against
suncoast on a separate but related issue.) but being slightly more
persuasive to "archiecoons" on a message board is not a substantial
gain.

i believe the secondhand stories with similar details that we're
hearing from players (via several long-term posters, including jean
scott) are already more credible than the statement we're getting from
boyd. you're free to disagree, but "you haven't identified the source"
isn't a reasonable basis for that disagreement.
