this doesn't pass the sniff test. maybe we could believe that one or
two people received warnings and then were dumb enough to show up and
try the exact same thing, but surely not the flood of stories we're
seeing.
it also doesn't match the experience of the one person i know who was
86'd on a coupon day, who had never before been warned about anything
at suncoast.
