I am a fan of their Penthouse Suites. On a more normal level, I'd just try to avoid their base 'Deluxe' Room and get at least a Tower Deluxe (floors 24 and 25, elevators specifically for those floors, jacuzzi tub). The Deluxe rooms aren't bad, but the Tower Deluxe is worth asking for if you aren't getting that already.
I really like the food and service at STACK. I enjoy Cravings. Kokomos is a real disappointment (food and service) and Japonais hasn't impressed me either. Onda is OK and their wine bar can be a nice break from the casino noise.
On the more casual side, I could eat at BLT everyday. The food is good. The price is pretty good for the Strip. I had a group staying at the Mirage in August and almost everyone enjoyed BLT - some people ate there twice a day. I prefer to sit at their bar since the music from the candy place across the hall can be obnoxous/cacophonic if you sit in the lower seating area.
I have not been to the BB King's at the Mirage but I have been happy with other locations. I did notice that their breakfast prices were kind of high. I could easily recreate a standard breakfast on their menu at the buffet for less.
They don't have much in the way of playable VP, but since I normally play blackjack and Pai Gow Poker there I don't see it as a big deal.
Have Fun,
Mark
