Yipes! I met an elderly gentleman that was one of those 'taken' for $50k down. So sad. There is basically nothing I could say and had I known that some had received up to 3/4th's of their $ back, I would have asked why he did not ?
We will be buying a Condo approximately, between 2012 to 2013. Total cost approx $250k, yet will not be paying for it all at once, why should we let them use $ that we can make $ with ? duh,,
Anyway, we really have not ventured out to look for one and I am completely clueless of the market here. So, I am wondering about how nice it will be for that price-range, just in case anyone here knows the market. I want to be up High and have a large balcony where they will allow pets.
Also, Off the cuff, as well, Does anyone here know if there are any of the Primo Hotels pet friendly as that is the only reason that we have not stayed at any of them since we arrived in November.
