I can describe my experience with a free Carnival cruise that I got
from Harrah's last year. All of the Harrah's guests had nice, outside
cabins. Some had outside balcony cabins. All of the rooms were on the
mid or upper levels of the ship - nothing down in the basement levels.
Everyone I talked to was very pleased with the block of cabins reserved
by Harrah's.
I can also tell you that cruise ship video poker is almost universally
terrible.
