It is possible the zip code made some difference, although in fact the
value of the house Shirley and I own is not substantially different from
the one Cody owns. I do have "large" lines of credit at several Vegas
casinos, so Central Credit has this information and it would be easy for
a casino to retrieve, but it seems far fetched that this source was
consulted before determining whether to send a $40 or $100 offer. There
was no room offer made when we earned the points. We were staying at
Harrah's that day and went to Aquarius specifically to check out and
take advantage of their newcomer promotion.
