A fun article, but let me add three of my own.
1. Comps. The article mentions free drinks, but no other comps. How else can
we justify to ourselves playing a break-even or slightly losing game? :-)
2a and 2b. For those of us in climates that are oven-like for several months
a year, Air Conditioning and Covered Parking.
