Banning cell phones I think would be unrealistic.
I think that gambling is recreation and cell phone usage is less disturbing
and invasive than smoking. If the person is talking too loud, I indicate it
manually but otherwise if it bothers me, I move. You can't legislate its use
in an environment where it is merely annoying, not dangerous. More annoying
to me is the banging on the buttons - much more so.
