Sure enough, Nordo! Thanks, and apologies to Harry for my not understanding when he said it!
For those as dense as I was, let me expand the explanation a bit.
1. By starting with DDB and then changing the pays so all quads are 25 and two-pair pays 2, you turned it into exactly JOB.
2. You can verify it's JOB by clicking "Analyze Game". The "Total Return" will be JOB's 99.54%.
3. But now that you did the "Analyze Game", you get to see the frequency of each of the different kinds of quad hands as they'd occur while playing JOB. That is, if you play JOB strategy, you now know how often you'll get quad Aces with 2,3,4, how often you'll get quad Aces with 5-K, how often you'll get quad 2,3,4 with 2-4, etc. even though they all pay the same in JOB.
4. So, you take those frequencies and multiply them by actual DDB payoffs. I don't think you can do this within WinPoker. You have to use the "Copy to Clipboard" feature of WinPoker, and then do the multiplication on a spreadsheet after you've changed the payoffs back to DDB's pays. Add 'em up and you should get 98.44%, meaning playing DDB with JOB strategy costs 0.54%.

Dunbar - Harry is right. By going to DDB and putting 25 for all quads and 2 for 2 pair you get the frequency of all the quads with kickers using JorB strategy, then go put in 1 for 2 pair and 50,80,160,160,400 for the various quads multiply by the various probabilities add up and you get the EV of DDB using JorB just as Harry stated.
