Dunbar - Harry is right. By going to DDB and putting 25 for all quads and 2 for 2 pair you get the frequency of all the quads with kickers using JorB strategy, then go put in 1 for 2 pair and 50,80,160,160,400 for the various quads multiply by the various probabilities add up and you get the EV of DDB using JorB just as Harry stated.
