This is not based on what one earns or is paid as a bottom line as an
individual or a freelancer. This is based on a specific payout. Regardless of
whether the player earns or makes anything for the session, day, month or, in
your case as a freelancer, for the year.

Just more government control and more of our freedoms being taken away.
