Re: [vpFREE] Questions about Ellis Island

This is the first time I have heard of Ellis Island changing the point redemption rate.

What the mystery is now is the bounceback. Based on the theo (or actual?) of your recent play, you will receive a postcard for "Passport Perks" showing the amount of freeplay that you have earned and the dates you can get it - usually a week.

Apparently video poker has very low theo. I haven't received any Passport Perks since they started the new system early February although I played $5000 on the Quick Quads machines and then another day $1100 on 98.91% Deuces early in February.

I have been out of town and haven't had time to check out the new EI slot club system yet. But it seems to be very strange and unlike any we are used to. Do you still accumulate points as you play but they can not be redeemed for a known amount – for example, as it used to be there: $1 Coin-In = 1 Point - Cashback or Free Play: 1000 Points = $1 (0.1%). But "rewards" will "pop up" during your play? Based on some system known only to the casino, depending on machine theo and perhaps other factors like actual win/loss amounts, time played, the color of your hair?
