I agree plus years ago we had sharp young guys playing two machines for hours a day, lol. casino costs are up huge too, the joints have to make a living.

A 1/2% hold is about a 1.25% leak from computer optimum FPDW. And those were better players on better machines. Today you have a lower class of players and a lower class of machines, many of them have seen too many years of service and are worn down. Also they didn't use to use spotlights and over 85 db background noise, today they do. And today the quality of the keys even on new machines is significantly worse.
