I just looked online at the list and it does include some shops in Forum Shops and Miracle Mile including the Apple store. If you are considering Apple products, check the price in Caesars gift store, and compare to the price in the apple store with the cost of converting TR points into a TR Gift card.
TR gift cards can also be used to pay for tips, which I have found useful in Caesars restaurants. Sometimes they will have to charge at least $1 for food, then add on the tip.
