I played STP JOB for several years and, due mostly to some of my OCD tendencies, usually kept a count of the number of deals between multipliers. In most sessions of a few hours, it was not unusual to go 70 hands or more without a multiplier. Maybe a half dozen times over the years, I went 110-120 hands without multipliers. I began to think that there was a "limiter" of some sort in the system that did not let the multiplier drought exceed 120-125 hands. Then a year ago I went 175 hands between multipliers. Fortunately that was a one-time occurrence.
