I have bad arthritis, especially in my hands, which have been rebuilt at the bases of the thumbs. Consequently I do not use the punishing buttons but rather use the touch screen. On many occasions, the screen appears to hold some number of cards but drops one as I draw. I have called over the slot techs and have never been refused in reconstructing the hands, though I am frequently warned that once is all they will accommodate for. I don't call when it is a small amount but I have had big hands reconstructed after they checked to see the draw and noted what was the hold I attempted. I play mainly 5c ten-play which is about the same as 50 cent single line at Rampart and 25c single line elsewhere.
