An interesting question. I noticed the fact that the meter had not progressed from the previous day, when I'd arrived at FW. That's why I called it to someone's attention, and the circus began. But because the data had not transmitted, I suspect it would have been paid at the lower figure. But that's mere speculation, with obviously no way to ascertain what would actually have happened.
