Harrah's Rincon (an hour from San Diego) has generous multiplier days. They vary each month. During January 2013 it's Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If I remember correctly, 7* gets 9x for table and slots, 5x for video poker. Down to Gold getting 3x table and slots and 2x for video poker. I didn't play much in 2012, so I was at Platinum for my first visit of 2013 (back to Diamond next month).
