I got this from one of the marketing directors:
"The only customers who received a "multi-property" mailer are the ones that
play at various properties. Customers who only play at one get only a mailer
from that property. It's been a confusing process on our end as well with
this new format."

My wife received two separate B Connected mailers. One contained free play
and food for Gold Coast and the other contained free play and food for
Orleans. They were for the same amounts that she had been receiving in the
individual casino mailers up until now.
