We know each other from events way back at the Hard Rock, and she told me she reads this forum at times. But the way to get your concerns channeled properly is to send them directly to Joe Mag. At two of the last three properties he was in charge of, I suggested certain things and he did them. So he does listen--although who knows how long his reins are at this place and in this economy.
