If he had taken the time to insert another $20 to play max coin, the RNG surely would have not been on the same point when he hit the Deal button.
If he had cashed out, he'd have left with $5 instead of $1,250.
I fail to see how the title, "Always Play 5 Coins", makes any sense here!
