On last
week's Gambling with an Edge, Stanford Wong spoke about his book Wong
on Dice. (I reviewed his book on http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/bob_dancer/2011/1025.cfm).
In his
on-air interview, he has now softened his endorsement of dice control as a way
of advantage gambling.
Although
largely ignored on vpFREE, on several gambling bulletin boards, his interview has
been treated as "breaking news" and has created a lot of chatter. So
for 15 minutes this Thursday night, we'll have Michael Shackleford (the Wizard
of Odds) on to discuss what Wong did and did not say and what this means to
dice controllers.
Our regular
scheduled guest, Avery Cardoza, will also be on the air. We'll be talking about
his new novel, Lost in Las Vegas, his ownership of Gamblers Book Club, and
the various other books he has written and published.
The show is
presented live at 7-8 p.m. Pacific Time this Thursday evening evening at 1230
AM in Las Vegas or www.KLAV1230am.com
everywhere. We'll archive the show the next day at www.bobdancer.com
