I'm not motivated to explore this in detail, but the approach would be similar to multistrike, in which you augment the paytable to reflect the added value of any resultant multiplier on the next play should you hit the related paytable hand.
For example, (writing simply off the cuff, so forgive me if I screw this up), a simplistic run focused on determining correct strategy (precise ER calculations would require a little extra tweaking):
To adjust a paytable line that pays 2, assuming that successfully completing that hand on the draw results in a multiplier of 3 on the next screen, then you would increase the 2 to (2+(3-1)*ER). Assume a 100% ER for simplicity's sake, and you would analyze such a paytable strategy by adjusting the payout from 2 to 4.
Number of lines played doesn't impact this analsis.
