If the Aria employees' story is true then they would have sued long ago and not as a countersuit. The "we won't pursue Oakley because he's a celebrity" would have gotten old a long time ago if he really did all those things he's alleged to have done in the past.

It may be old news, but I first heard about ex-NBA star Charles Oakley's lawsuit with the Aria on channel 5's news tonight.
