I've got Dan Paymar's Optimum Video Poker for my Mac running OS X. It has four dozen games programmed in it including one-eyed jacks, and it's easy to put in variations which I have done. It also lets you add in casino cashback.
In the training mode one can get an automatic hint or ask for a hint. Also it lets the user see an analysis of the hand. In my opinion it's the best vp program available for the Mac.
