The news article says this "promotion runs through June 15". Don't know when you must use the free play, but my policy is to always use it the same day just in case it expires sooner than I think it will.
I have the Cosmo ad about this with the fine print. I don't see anything that says you must do the rebate on your first day of play, but maybe they just didn't mention that.
As someone already wrote, they will match your card level from another casino, not the points. For this you may need to be a new member, since it says "Don't have an identity card?".
