My understanding is
(a) You have to lose $100 AND
(b) Your coin out will be deducted from this
So if you are playing $10/handle pull, and you get 10 Jacks or Better in a
row and then lose your $100 in the next 10 hands, you will receive nothing
because you had $100 in coin-out.
