Oddly, those might be the majority who come to Vegas and spend tons of money! I don't really enjoy hearing them called dumb in that regard. So they don't know the perfect way to play video poker? Horrors! Maybe they are coming to party, dine, get dressed up and be entertained rather than stalking the various casinos complaining that these great hotels are no longer supplying the retired locals with the best odds on a gambling machine. Oh, and they, as I mentioned before, are spending money while they do these things.
Who do you think the big hotel/casino/resorts should be marketing to? Stick with the locals casinos who need your business to complain about the fact that they should be compromising their bottom line to supply you with what you want.
