1- The best VP you will find at any CET in LV for $1 is 8/5 JoB (97.30%) and 7/5 BP (98.01%).
2- An average bet of $20 at BJ won't even get you rated. Better try $50-$100. That might earn you $30-$40 in comps for 4 hrs of play.
Suggestion- If you want to play "low budget" plan on staying at "low budget" like the Imperial Palace.
