[vpFREE] Re: Getting Banned from Rampart Casino

They have every right to kick you out.
It IS a stupid and brutish move though. Since they have nothing but under 100% machines if I was the casino manager I just would have canceled your account and put you on "no comps, no mailers, no rooms, no nothing" status.

I also was told that if I ever came back that they would have me arrested for trespassing. They did not give me any reason why I was being banned. I then called the Gaming Commission, and they contacted the casino on my behalf. Rampart Casino told the Gaming Commission that they felt I was too good of a player and just did not want me to play there anymore. Unfortunately, according to the Gaming Commission, casinos are allowed to ban anyone, for almost any reason. So, if you play at Rampart (and our fortunate enough to get a good winning streak), don't be surprised if you suddenly find two security guards escorting you out of the building.
