Q: Late last fall there was much in the press related to
Wayne Newton seeking zoning approval to allow tours of Casa
de Shenandoah and to build a small showroom across the
street. My understanding is in spite of neighbors´ protests,
he received the necessary approvals for this project. Can
you provide an update on the status of the so called
Graceland West?
