[vpFREE] Majestic Star (Gary IN) cashback

 

I do not know if this change has been in effect since January as it does not
affect me (It does affect my mom.).

If you have the basic Key Rewards (Red) card for the Majestic Star, cash
back is only half the old rate so for VP that is 0.05%.

Still 0.1% for Platinum and Access cards. I have changed the database for
this.
