in florida, at least, to be a legal resident you must be able to prove that you live at least 6 months and 1 day in the state ... under those conditions, you are a florida resident and thus do not have a state income tax to worry about

we get many, many of those folks from ny, nj, ill, etc.

Thinking about buying property in Vegas, Question how long do I need to reside in NV to become a resident? I would get a DL for NV own a house

have bank accounts and vote in NV....I would have ties in NY family, investments rental property and investment property and a small 5-6 jobs a year business in NYS

I would like to go back and forth in NYS summer and stay in vegas more in NY winters
