There was an ad in today's newspaper, so I guess this South Point gas card promo is open to everyone.
According to what has been posted here, you can redeem $25 in points for a $50 gas card. Points must be earned in April and there is a limit of ten per person for the month. They may have the complete rules on their website in a few days.
