I have tipped at casinos but I am not a big believer in it. Nobody tips
me when I am losing and a hand-pay just means I get to be inconvenienced
for 20 minutes while they futz with the bureaucratic government paper work.

It's not a good reason to get overly generous.

On the other hand, at restaurants, I consider tipping part of the cost of
eating there. If you don't want to tip, you can eat at home and you SHOULD.

When I go to restaurants I tip 15% unless the service is really lousy.
