Different places/attendants may refer to this differently so you
may have to try different terms before they figure out what you mean.
I've also heard it called a session, summary, or long-form W2G.
Some places may only do it for certain minimum denominations. I've had
Mirage and Bellagio tell me they would only do it for $25+ (they wouldn't
do it for 5-play $5) and tried to claim that it was a gaming regulation.
Strange then that Harrah's properties do it just for the asking.
This was a while ago however so policies may have changed.
If you are playing $10 or $25 where it is not-uncommon but not-frequent
they just bring a clipboard over to you to initial as Mickey said.
If W2Gs are going to be frequent they may have an attendant stand next
to you with the clipboard while you play.
I've heard Aria has some sort of electronic self-reporting where once
you're set up for it you can acknowledge W2G events yourself at the
machine and when you're done playing you get one big W2G for the
session.
