Yes I laughed quite a lot, which is what I thought we were supposed to be doing in this thread. As its progenitor, I would simply like to remind everyone it began as a Holiday Themed Poem, and I encouraged people to write their own verses.

To get things back on track I have now written a new verse, based on the email exchanges in this thread. Please keep all replies in the poetic verse, iambic pentameter, haiku, or at least include, "Onomatopoeia". I'm kidding of course, do as you please...But don't we want to start the new year positive?

The Crimster told stories both valued and wanted,
as the clock struck twelve, when the new year had started.
Some thought his offerings of dubious veracity,
Perhaps showing their distinct lack of any perspicacity.
